Night Tour of the Armory
$25.00
Home to the National Guard until 2011, it has held boxing matches, presidential speeches, criminals in cells, and countless events. There is a stable, a firing range, a horse bath, and endless winding corridors that link as deeply to one another as they do to the city's past. Our armory building was dedicated in 1909 and has done more than its fair share of Tacoma's heavy lifting. From training soldiers to hosting galas, it has seen it all.
This guided, hour-long tour will take you from the balcony to the basement of Tacoma's iconic armory building at night. Come explore the hidden corners and forgotten rifle ranges with us as we see what history and spirits linger today. If you have been on our famous Stadium High School tour than you know what to expect. This tour will be an exciting and entertaining tour with a charismatic guide that will offer equal parts history, paranormal stories, and great exclusive access to places you would might never see in this 110 year old building. Flashlights encouraged. For an additional $6.00 you can rent an EMF detection device. Don't miss out. BOOK NOW!
