Join us for an uplifting tour of the coffee and chocolate scene in Olympia. You will learn about a variety of local roasters, coffee shops, and types of coffee.

Our tour starts with a cupping, which is the equivalent of a wine tasting but for coffee. You will get to interact with the roasted beans, smell the fresh ground coffee, and then try a sophisticated tasting technique to help you discover what you do or don't love about a variety of roasts and beans. 

Next we will take you to a local chocolatier and find the perfect paring of cacao to coffee. Let your senses take the lead as you discover the rich delicacy of a fresh truffle. 

This is a fun way to learn more about coffee and to discover the vocabulary and tools to select a cup that speaks directly to you. When the exclusive experience is over we will leave you at one of our favorite coffee shops in downtown Olympia and encourage you to continue your journey now equipped with an arsenal of tools and fun vocabulary.
